Positive Reinforcement

All rules implemented in the school are for the benefit of the student body as a whole. Rules are intended to be the guidelines for the children in order to give them a secure environment where they study, work, socialize and play. Therefore, we ask all the parents and teachers to follow particular rules that are conducive to a healthy learning atmosphere at Leaders International School. Please follow all the rules and procedures that are listed for certain areas of the school campus, classrooms and the play fields etc.

A positive school environment does not simply happen. Teachers, parents and students need to work hard together to develop it. Therefore certain rules are necessary to make this possible.

Guidelines For Parents

  • Please co-operate with the school by paying attention to your ward's regularity, punctuality and discipline and by taking interest in his/her work.
  • Do check the bag of your ward for any circular, worksheet, invitation or homework given in the almanac.
  • Any communication made by you should be addressed to the Head Mistress and not to the Class Teacher.
  • Parents are requested to seek an appointment with any teacher they wish to meet through the blue pages in the Almanac.
  • If a child is late to school more than twice, he/she will be sent back home.
  • Kindly co-operate with us to reinforce the value of punctuality and discipline amongst students.
  • Please do not give mobile phones to your child. Any child carrying a mobile phone will be fined and disciplinary action will be taken.
  • Please ensure that net-surfing by students is done only with your supervision and close monitoring.
  • Children tend to pick up abusive language / foul words from the media and different sources without understanding their meaning. We are taking requisite measures to counsel and check them at our end and request you to take corrective action at your end too.
  • Kindly do not send expensive gifts for the children of your ward's class on his/her birthday.
  • Do not send your ward to school if he/she is suffering from any infectious disease like
  • Chicken pox, Conjunctivitis, Dermatitis, Scabies etc, until the quarantine period is over.
  • A student returning to school after suffering from any kind of illness is required to bring a medical certificate from their doctor on the joining date.
  • All parents are requested to impart Health and Hygiene Education to their children so that their ward:
  • Maintains personal hygiene
  • Exercises regularly

Guidelines For Bus Users

  • All our school buses are accompanied by female attendants
  • Withdrawal from utilizing the cab facility will require an application with one months notice.
  • Students traveling by private transport must arrive to school 10 minutes before the morning reporting time.
  • Please do not take your ward off the cab once the child has boarded the cab.
  • No cab user is allowed to travel in any other cab than the one allotted to them.
  • In case no escort is present at the cab stop at the time of drop, the student will be brought back to the school and the parents will be informed. Parents will then, need to make their own arrangements to pick up their ward from the school.
  • Transport fee is non negotiable even in case of one- way travel.
  • School provides transport facilities on selected routes, drivers are authorized to stop the cabs only at the designated stops. Any change in the same should be informed prior to school.
  • Transport fee is payable in advance for a quarter along with the tuition fee. Transport charges have to be paid for 11 months in a year (except for the month of JUNE)
  • The school management does not undertake any responsibility, whatsoever, for any damage or injury which may be sustained by the child as a result of accident either in the premises or in the conveyance provided by the school or in any other manner.

Fee Policies:

  • The school fees must be paid in the first week of the quarter i.e. from the 1st to 7th of APRIL, JULY, OCTOBER and JANUARY.
  • In case of non- payment, late fee charges (INR 20 per day) would be imposed beyond 7th of the month.
  • If the fee is not paid till the last working day of the month, child's name will be struck off the rolls and the re- admission will have to be sought.
  • One month's notice must be given for any withdrawal otherwise tuition fee including transport (if availing) fee for one month will be charged.

  1. Parents may meet various functionaries as per the schedule given below. Kindly follow the timings for convenience and smooth interaction.

    Transport 7.30 am - 3.30pm (Monday - Friday)

  3. Parents are requested not to go directly to the class to meet the teachers. 3. Casual visit to see the campus is not allowed as this could disrupt classroom teaching.
  4. Parents are required to inform the school immediately if there is any change in their address or telephone numbers.
  5. Any communication made by the parents/guardian should be addressed to the Head Mistress. The name of the student, address, phone number, admission number, class /section and bus route should be mentioned in the application.

  7. For obtaining any official document from school one week notice should be given (except TC and Report Card).
